User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") applies to you (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "you") regarding your use of the GriProxy application (hereinafter referred to as "the Application" or "Service"). By using the Application, you agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, you may not be able to use the product and services.

I. Use of the Service

  1. Service Description: The Application provides users with a Virtual Private Network (Proxy) service.
  2. User Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and have full legal capacity to use the Application.
  3. Account Registration: You do not need to register an account to use our products and services.
  4. Proxy Restrictions and Legal Use: You agree to use the Application only within the bounds of the law and not to use the Proxy service for any illegal, malicious, or rights-infringing activities. Specifically, you must not:
    • Engage in hacking, Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, or spreading malware;
    • Access copyrighted content (such as unauthorized movies, music, software, etc.);
    • Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations (including but not limited to anti-money laundering, fraud, intellectual property infringement, etc.).

II. Privacy Protection

Your privacy is very important to us. We will handle and protect your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please read the Privacy Policy carefully to understand how we collect, use, and store your information.

III. Service Changes and Interruptions

  1. Service Changes: We reserve the right to change, suspend, or terminate the Application service at any time, with or without notice to users. In such cases, you may choose whether to continue using the service.
  2. Service Interruptions: While we strive to provide a stable service, we do not guarantee the continuous availability of the service. Service may be temporarily interrupted due to maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events.

IV. Limitation of Liability

  1. Disclaimer of Liability: To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Application is not responsible for:
    • Any loss or leakage of data;
    • Any loss or damage arising from the use of the Proxy service;
    • Any service interruptions or issues caused by third parties (such as your internet service provider, server operators, etc.).
  2. Service Provided "As Is": The Service is provided on an "as is" basis, and we make no express or implied warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, continuity, or suitability of the Service for any particular purpose.

V. User Responsibilities

  1. Compliance with Laws: You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction when using the Application. You bear sole legal responsibility for your actions.
  2. Data and Device Security: You are responsible for all activities and data transmissions that occur through the Application. We recommend that you take the necessary measures to secure your device and protect it from viruses, malware, or unauthorized access.

VI. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and services at any time if you violate this Agreement.

VII. Intellectual Property

  1. Ownership: All content, code, design, trademarks, service marks, and related intellectual property in the Application are owned by the company, unless otherwise specified.
  2. License to Use: The company grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Application's services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

VIII. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

  1. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall first be resolved through amicable negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be submitted to [designated arbitration body] for final arbitration, which shall have legal binding authority.

  1. Entire Agreement: This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the company regarding the use of the Proxy service, superseding any prior oral or written agreements.
  2. Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
  3. Waiver: The company's failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
